THE CHALLENGE

A national immunisation programme had to be stood up at speed, and reaching the working population meant taking vaccination to large employers for the first time.

MY ROLE

Led the workplace vaccination programme and the onboarding of every non-government provider — clinics, vaccinator workforces and systems — alongside supporting the Ministry's Adoption & Improvement team across the wider programme. Returned by request to stand up the Critical Services workstream ahead of the second outbreak.

THE OUTCOME

The country's first at-scale workplace clinics, extended to employees' families and drive-through bookings, on top of 9,500+ users trained and 1,000+ sites enabled nationwide.
