THE CHALLENGE

A national medicines register requiring transformation from a legacy format to a fit-for-purpose solution — aligned to national health data standards, and coordinated across the wider health system.

MY ROLE

Managing a change scope spanning the sector, suppliers, prescribers, dispensers, vendors and internal teams nationwide.

PROGRESS TO DATE

Owning the end-to-end change deliverable set through formal governance sign-off — Stakeholder Matrix, Change Impact Assessment, Engagement Plan, Change Approach and Training Needs Assessment.
