THE CHALLENGE

Unequal and inaccessible Personal Development resources available for Women's Players worldwide — and content needed to work across languages, unions and varying contexts.

MY ROLE

Led product, build and rollout end to end — content design, translation workflows, LMS vendor management and platform architecture.

THE OUTCOME

Accessible platform, 10+ modules and 20+ resources delivered across 7+ languages, to international women's rugby players, through complex international constraints.
