THE CHALLENGE

Developing an accessible education platform to support athletes' Personal Development, and complement the NZRPA's Personal Development Managers. Ranging from career, finance and wellbeing support — across web and mobile.

MY ROLE

Product manager end to end — build, launch, content and adoption across franchises and unions.

THE OUTCOME

Rolled out to all professional franchises, unions, and overseas-based players, providing access to 1,000+ players. 40+ course modules developed.
